I really enjoyed my experience at the Tea Hive. The atmosphere was great, the food and coffee were really good, and the environment was surprisingly conducive to getting a lot of work done. The staff were friendly and really accommodating and I was even given a really lovely chai cake as a taster (as a really sweet gesture to a new customer). I would definitely recommend.
As we were 2 families we pre-booked for 11.30 and the place was bustling on a Sunday lunch time. Staff were so friendly and the quality, portion sizes and freshness of the food was very good value for money. We thought it was all excellent. Large tea selection and free top ups and so many cakes to choose from, we had to pick most of them and share between us. Will definitely return again
Lovely, friendly cake/ brunch type cafe. Staff really welcomed me and my daughter and went out of their way for us. It was really appreciated as sometimes it’s hard with a pram and you can feel in the way. Really nice place and felt so comfortable.
Never fails. Eggs twisted and vanilla coconut chai. Beautiful. Cakes are amazing too. Coconut and lime
A delight. The gf brownie was the best brownie I have EVER eaten. And I’m quite the connoisseur. It didn’t even make it to the photo.
My sister and I had a lovely time at the Tea Hive on Bank Holiday Monday. It was a place we’d never been to before, and it was highly recommended. From the moment we stepped inside, the place had a great atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Avocado BLT, and my sister had the crispy chicken. We didn’t feel rushed at all, and the staff made sure we were taken care of. The cake and coffee were just as tasty as was the Egyptian mint tea. It was our first time at the Tea Hive, but we definitely won’t be the last!
This place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to eat a tasty lunch, there are lots of options including vegan food, alcoholic drinks, and cakes. The staff are also very lovely and welcoming.
Only had a hot chocolate, 5 to choose from, really well made , the orange one does taste of orange without over powering the hot chocolate.. result !I Lovey interior, super nice staff, well worth the 4 min walk from the high street. Looking forward to coming back and trying the food menu. The full English being eaten on the next table looks awesome!!
